1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at KeenDigital ERP or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on KeenDigital's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on KeenDigital's website;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on KeenDigital's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. KeenDigital makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall KeenDigital or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on KeenDigital's website, even if KeenDigital or a KeenDigital authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on KeenDigital's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. KeenDigital does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. KeenDigital may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However KeenDigital does not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Terms of Service Addendum — Cardia Apps

Subscriptions

Cardia Apps may offer the following optional auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Individual App Pro Subscriptions — Unlock premium features within a specific Cardia App (e.g., Cardia Mind Pro, Cardia Heart Pro). Pricing varies by app.
  • Cardia Complete ($74.99/year) — Provides Pro access to all Cardia ecosystem apps with a single subscription.

Subscription Terms

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
  • You may manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
  • Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Medical Disclaimer

Cardia Apps are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The apps provide general wellness tools for health tracking, stress management, and relaxation. Any biometric measurements (heart rate, HRV, pulse, etc.) are approximations and should not be used for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

Cardia Apps and Keen Digital LLC are not liable for any decisions made based on data or insights provided by the apps. Use of any Cardia App is at your own risk.
